CornholeAce Video Submission Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 24, 2025

CornholeAce is a brand owned and operated by Tailgating Sports, LLC. By submitting a video through our submission form, you (“Entrant”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

  • Entrants must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent/guardian.

  • Entrants must reside in a location where CornholeAce products can be shipped.

  • Only one submission per order unless otherwise permitted.

2. Content Requirements

  • Videos should be approximately 2–3 minutes long and feature the CornholeAce product you just received. Examples include:

    • Unboxing & first impressions

    • Gameplay or use in action (tailgates, backyard, events)

    • Trick shots

    • Reviews and feedback

    • Custom design showcase (why you chose it, how the process was, final thoughts)

  • Content must be original and created by you.

  • You must not include:

    • Competitor logos or branding

    • Licensed trademarks (NFL, NCAA, ACL, etc.)

    • Alcohol, offensive, or illegal content

    • Copyrighted music or media without permission

3. Rights You Grant

By submitting your video, you grant Tailgating Sports, LLC (owner of the CornholeAce brand):

  • A perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, adapt, and create derivative works of your content for any purpose, including marketing, advertising, and promotion, in any media now known or later developed.

  • The right to use your name, likeness, voice, and any biographical information contained in the content.

  • A waiver of any rights to royalties, approvals, or future compensation beyond the reward offered.

4. Rewards

  • Qualified submissions are eligible for the reward selected on the form (e.g., free product, accessory, discount code, or gift card).

  • Rewards, including up to a $300 discount code, are subject to availability and may change over time.

  • Discount codes are one-time use only, must be redeemed in a single transaction, and can be applied at checkout on either CornholeAce.com or BucketBall.com. Any unused balance will be forfeited.

  • Discount codes will be delivered via email.

  • If a physical product is chosen as a reward, shipping will be included.

  • Tailgating Sports, LLC reserves the sole right to determine whether a submission qualifies for a reward.

5. Liability & Indemnification

  • You represent and warrant that your submission is your original work, complies with these Terms, and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tailgating Sports, LLC (including its CornholeAce and BucketBall brands), its affiliates, employees, and agents against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your submission or participation.

  • Tailgating Sports, LLC is not responsible for technical issues, corrupted files, or transmission errors.

6. General Conditions

  • Tailgating Sports, LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this program at any time without notice.

  • No purchase is necessary to enter; alternate free entry methods are available upon request.

  • This program is void where prohibited by law.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA.
