Our Story
Cornhole ACE was founded in 2009 by Brandon Spady while he was a student at Virginia Tech. As a web programmer, Brandon created Cornhole ACE as a website where you could upload your cornhole board designs or share other cornhole-related items. He wanted to create a place where people could find the latest information and inspiration in cornhole, and Brandon even started selling bags and boards he made himself on the site as well. At one point, Cornhole ACE was the #1 place to view cornhole designs, but with the rise in popularity of other social media sites, the site was put on the backburner. However, Brandon still maintained the website in hopes that one day he could revive it again.
It wasn’t until 2019 when Brandon noticed the lead times on other professional boards were weeks out, and not to mention, they cost a fortune. He also realized there were no professional cornhole boards available to purchase on Amazon. After creating BucketBall, another one of our brands, and finding success selling it on Amazon, Brandon felt confident he could create professional, high-quality cornhole boards at an affordable price with shorter lead times for cornhole players across the country. It was then that Cornhole ACE was reintroduced to the cornhole community.
Today, Cornhole ACE is a part of the trademarked brand of Tailgating Sports, LLC and is a veteran-lead, family-run small business that still aims to create professional quality cornhole products that won’t break the bank!
