Cornhole ACE Refunds and Returns Policy

At Cornhole ACE, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase you make from us. We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations, and we’re here to make the return and refund process as smooth as possible. Please review our Returns and Refunds Policy below for a clear understanding of our procedures:

Returns and Refunds

Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. This provides ample time to assess your purchase and determine if it aligns with your needs.

To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service team at contact@cornholeace.com. This initial step is crucial for ensuring a seamless return process and ensuring that your return is handled correctly. Returns initiated without prior communication with our customer service team will not be accepted and a refund will not be processed.

Returned items must be in new and unused condition, devoid of any signs of wear or damage. Additionally, items should be repackaged in their original packaging to ensure their secure transportation back to our facility.

Cornhole ACE will cover the cost of return shipping, but customers are responsible for coordinating the shipment and delivering the return to the designated carrier. Please note there will be a 15% restocking fee assessed on all products. 

Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Please bear in mind that the duration for the refund to reflect in your account can vary based on your chosen payment method and the processing times of your bank. Your patience during this processing period is greatly appreciated.

Incorrect, Lost, Stolen, Damaged or Defective Items

We strongly encourage every customer to thoroughly inspect their shipment for damages or imperfections upon delivery and to make sure they received what they ordered. If any issues are identified, please send your order number, a short description of your issue, and photos (if necessary) to contact@cornholeace.com. Our customer service experts will assess the damage or defect and work with you to find a solution.

If you find the carrier has lost your package or delivered to the wrong address, please DO NOT file any claims with the carrier. Please contact us immediately so we can file a claim and get you a replacement ASAP. 

We recognize the frustration and inconvenience caused by package theft. While we make every effort to ensure the safe delivery of your order, it’s important to note that we are not liable for stolen packages. Once the carrier confirms delivery of your order, our responsibility for the package ends. Should you believe your order has been stolen after delivery confirmation, we cannot provide replacements for stolen orders and we recommend filing the necessary claims or paperwork with the carrier or law enforcement in your area to address the situation.

Cancellations or Address Change

To cancel your order or update your shipping address, please email us at contact@cornholeace.com. In the subject line, use either “Cancellation” or “Address Change” and include your order number. Please keep in mind that we might not catch your order before it ships. If your order ships before we process your request, our customer service team will inform you. You can then follow the return process outlined above.

Exclusions

Please take note that returns on specific items, such as discounted blemish items will not be permitted.

Custom designed products will not be eligible for refunds or returns except in the case of manufacturer defects or incorrect product received.
