At Cornhole ACE, we offer free shipping on all our orders. We utilize FedEx as our trusted shipping carrier and currently, and we only offer shipping within the continental United States. If you want to request a quote or have any other questions please email us at contact@cornholeace.com.
Once your order has been shipped, it falls under the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Cornhole ACE cannot be held accountable for any delays, damages, or issues that may arise during transit. We recommend that you utilize the tracking information provided to stay updated on the status of your shipment.
To ensure a smooth and successful delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses might result in delivery complications and/or potential delays. We do not ship to PO boxes, so please provide an alternative address or it may result in the cancellation of your order.
Order Processing Time
Upon placing an order, please allow for a processing period of 1 to 3 business days. During this time, we will prepare your order for shipment. Rest assured, we strive to ensure your items are packaged with care to guarantee their safe arrival.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment and anticipate its estimated delivery date
Shipping Times
We are based in Virginia, so shipping times will vary based on your location. On the East Coast it will take about 1 to 3 business days to receive your order and about 3 to 5 business days for the West Coast.
We work diligently to adhere to our estimated shipping times, but please be aware that external factors, such as weather conditions and unexpected events, can occasionally cause delays that are beyond our control. Cornhole ACE cannot be held liable for such unforeseen circumstances.

What defines East Coast and West Coast?
This is for USA only. East Coast are states east of the Mississippi River. West Coast are states west of the Mississippi River.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 3PM EST Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays) will ship the same day. Any orders placed after 3PM EST will ship the next business day.
When will I receive my order using the FREE SHIPPING option?
Free shipping will ship via FedEx Home Delivery. The following map shows the transit days for residential locations within the USA. Commercial locations will not deliver on the weekends. If you choose a commercial address and the map below shows a weekend deliver, it will deliver on the next available weekday (non holiday). As an FYI, FedEx, UPS and USPS are closed for the Holidays on December 25.
When will I receive my shipment using options other than FREE SHIPPING?
You can pay for other shipping options during check out. Each option will tell you the lead time.
For example, if you order before 3PM EST on a business day (non-holiday), and select a 1 business day transit time, it will arrive the next business day. Therefore, if today is Tuesday, it would arrive tomorrow (Wednesday). If today is Friday, it will arrive on Monday if it is not a holiday.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING 2023
Use the List below and the Map above to determine whether or not your package will arrive before Christmas using our standard shipping option:
- Zone 6: Must order before 3PM EST on Thursday, December 14th.
- Zone 5: Must order before 3PM EST on Friday, December 15th.
- Zone 4: Must order before 3PM EST on Monday, December 18th.
- Zone 3: Must order before 3PM EST on Tuesday, December 19th.
- Zone 2: Must order before 3PM EST on Wednesday, December 20th.
- Zone 1: Must order before 3PM EST on Thursday, December 21st.
SOME EXCLUSIONS APPLY! Read each item’s description. If it says it will arrive before Christmas, then it should. If it says it might not arrive before Christmas, click the “Ask Us” button, provide your postal code, and our team can tell you when your package will arrive.
We do offer UPS 2nd Day Air for the entire US. Deadline for UPS 2nd Day Air Options is 3PM EST on Wednesday, December 20th.
