Frequently Asked Questions
Options & Design
Q: What are “printed frame” options?
A: Professionally UV-printed side frames that give your boards a premium, custom look. Choose from Solid Color, Slashes + Wood Grain, or Slashes + Color.
Q: Do printed frames change how the boards play?
A: No. This is a visual upgrade only. Board specs, bounce control, and gameplay stay pro-grade.
Q: Can I add a logo or custom artwork on the frame?
A: Not yet. At launch we support color-style matching only within our three frame styles. Logos and custom art are coming soon—check back for updates.
Q: What kind of customization is available right now?
A: You can match colors (e.g., team or brand colors) within Solid, Slashes + Wood Grain, or Slashes + Color. Provide Pantone/HEX or a clear reference and we’ll match as closely as print allows.
Q: Are there style limitations?
A: Yes—current options are limited to the three styles above with color matching. More patterns and full custom options are on the way.
Compatibility & Fit
Q: Which board types support printed frames?
A: Professional and All-Weather boards support printed frames at launch. Need another model? Contact us—support is expanding.
Q: Do printed frames work with accessories (lights, scoreboards, etc.)?
A: Yes—standard mounting and clearances are maintained.
Q: Can I upgrade an existing Cornhole Ace set to printed frames?
A: Currently offered on new builds. Reach out with your order number and we’ll confirm retrofit options when available.
Materials, Durability & Care
Q: How durable are the printed frames?
A: UV-printed and sealed for abrasion resistance and outdoor use—built for tailgates, tournaments, and backyard play.
Q: Will the print fade or peel?
A: Our UV print + seal system is designed for outdoor exposure. Store your boards out of prolonged sun/rain when not in use to maximize lifespan.
Q: How do I clean them?
A: Mild soap + water and a soft microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasives.
Ordering & Lead Times
Q: How do I order a printed frame?
A: Select your board design, choose Printed Frame, pick your style, and provide any Pantone/HEX color notes at checkout.
Q: Will I receive a mockup?
A: For color-style matching (no logos), we typically do not send proofs. If we foresee a question, we’ll reach out before printing.
Q: How long does production take?
A: Most orders ship within 3 business days of purchase.
Q: Do you offer rush?
A: Our orders ship within 3 business days. If you need it faster, use the chat now feature and request a lead time.
Q: What are transit times?
A: Most U.S. deliveries arrive in 1-3 business days East Coast and 3-5 business days West Coast. We ship from Virginia, so the further away from Virginia, the longer it takes.
Sizing, Weight & Specs
Q: What are the dimensions and weight?
A: Pro boards are 2 ft x 4 ft. All-Weather sets weigh about 34 lbs per set. Printed frames do not meaningfully change specs or balance.
Q: Do printed frames affect hole tolerance or thickness?
A: No. The finish integrates into the frame surface and maintains competition-friendly clearances.
Pricing & Policies
Q: How much do printed frames cost?
A: Pricing is shown on the product page. Color-style matching is included. (No logo/art fees apply at launch since logos aren’t offered yet.)
Q: What’s the return policy?
A: Stock designs follow our standard policy. Color-matched frames are generally final sale unless there’s a manufacturing defect. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us—we’ll make it right
Q: Is there a warranty?
A: Yes—covered under our standard Cornhole Ace warranty for workmanship/material defects. Please include photos and your order number if you need help.
For Events, Teams & Bulk
Q: Can you handle event or team orders without logos?
A: Absolutely. We can produce coordinated colorways across multiple sets and hit event deadlines. Share quantities, due date, and color specs for a quick quote.
Troubleshooting & Expectations
Q: My screen colors look slightly different from the print. Why?
A: Screens use RGB; we print in CMYK. Slight variance is normal. Providing Pantone/HEX codes yields the closest match.
Q: What if there’s an issue on arrival?
A: Photograph the packaging and boards (close-ups included) and contact us within 48 hours. We’ll resolve quickly—repair, replacement, or claim as appropriate.
What’s Next?
Q: When will logos and full custom frames be available?
A: Soon. We’re actively expanding options. Check back regularly or join our email list for updates.
