Warranty for Professional Cornhole Boards
Our cornhole boards come with a one year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
We guarantee that our cornhole boards will be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use and proper care. Defects covered by this warranty include, but are not limited to, structural issues, delamination of materials, and hardware malfunctions that materially affect play.
If a defect covered by this warranty is discovered during the warranty period, please contact us at contact@cornholeace.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
CornholeAce will repair or replace the item in question or, at our discretion, provide a refund or partial refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.
This warranty covers the frame, surface, legs, and hardware of the cornhole boards. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, alterations, incorrect assembly, improper storage, improper care, exposure to conditions outside of normal intended use, or normal wear and tear. This includes minor scratches, dents, fading, scuffs, cosmetic imperfections, or other issues that do not materially affect gameplay.
Some boards, including limited stock or discontinued designs, may not be eligible for an exact replacement if parts or boards are no longer available. In those cases, CornholeAce may offer a comparable replacement, repair, partial refund, or other reasonable solution at our discretion.
Warranty Claim Requirements
Warranty replacement or refund is subject to proof of purchase and approval by CornholeAce.
We may require photos, videos, additional information, or return of the original product before approving a warranty claim.
Due to the size, weight, and value of our products, replacement items are not shipped until the original item has been returned or the return tracking shows that the package has been dropped off and accepted by the carrier.
Customers are responsible for using the original packaging or obtaining suitable replacement packaging if the original packaging has been discarded. We strongly recommend keeping all original packaging until the product has been fully inspected.
If replacement packaging, special handling, or carrier pickup service is requested or required, additional costs may apply unless otherwise approved by CornholeAce.
If an item is returned with insufficient packaging and is damaged in return transit, the warranty replacement, refund, or partial refund may be reduced or denied depending on the condition of the returned item.
We will only provide one replacement within the lifetime of the warranty. Any replacement parts sent will be installed by the customer at their own risk unless otherwise stated.
Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, refund, or partial refund of the defective item or part. CornholeAce is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
Warranty vs. Returns and Restocking Fees
If a claim is determined not to be the result of a manufacturing defect, workmanship issue, shipping damage, or error on our part, it will not qualify as a warranty claim. In such cases, the request will be handled according to our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Non warranty returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee when allowed by the applicable sales channel or marketplace policy.
Original shipping costs are non refundable.
Custom designed products and discounted blemish items are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or incorrect items received.
All warranty determinations, return eligibility, replacement approvals, refund amounts, and restocking fees are assessed at the sole discretion of CornholeAce, subject to applicable law and marketplace policy.
