Please take a moment to review our Shipping Policy to understand how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery.
At CornholeAce, we ship orders using FedEx as our primary carrier. At this time, we ship only within the continental United States. If you need a custom shipping quote or have additional questions, please email us at contact@cornholeace.com.
Once an order has shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier. CornholeAce is not responsible for carrier delays, weather interruptions, or damage that may occur during transit. We strongly recommend monitoring your shipment using the tracking information provided.
Please verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delivery delays or order cancellation. We do not ship to PO boxes.
Order Processing Time
Orders typically process within 1–3 business days. During this time, your order is prepared, packaged, and scheduled for shipment. Sale items or high-volume promotional periods may require additional processing time.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery and estimated arrival date.
Estimated Shipping Times
CornholeAce is based in Virginia. Estimated transit times once shipped are:
- East Coast: Approximately 1–3 business days
- West Coast: Approximately 3–5 business days
While we work hard to meet these estimates, shipping delays caused by weather, peak shipping seasons, or carrier disruptions are beyond our control.
Non-Holiday Shipping Guide
What defines East Coast vs. West Coast?
For shipping purposes within the United States, states east of the Mississippi River are considered East Coast, and states west of the Mississippi River are considered West Coast.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), ship the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will ship the next business day.
When will I receive my order?
Most orders ship via FedEx Home Delivery. Residential deliveries may occur on weekends. Commercial addresses do not receive weekend deliveries; if a delivery date falls on a weekend, it will be delivered the next available weekday.
Example:
• Order placed Tuesday before 3 PM → delivered Wednesday (1-day transit)
• Order placed Friday before 3 PM → delivered Monday (non-holiday)
Please note that FedEx, UPS, and USPS do not deliver on December 25.

Holiday Shipping – 2025
Use the shipping map above and the deadlines below to determine whether your order will arrive before Christmas using standard shipping:
- Zone 6: Order by Tuesday, December 16 (before 3 PM EST)
- Zone 5: Order by Wednesday, December 17 (before 3 PM EST)
- Zone 4: Order by Thursday, December 18 (before 3 PM EST)
- Zone 3: Order by Friday, December 19 (before 3 PM EST)
- Zone 2: Order by Monday, December 22 (before 3 PM EST)
- Zone 1: Order by Tuesday, December 23 (before 3 PM EST)
Some exclusions apply. Please review each product description carefully. If a product states it will arrive before Christmas, it should. If delivery is uncertain, click the “Ask Us” button and provide your postal code for confirmation.
UPS 2nd Day Air is available nationwide. The deadline for UPS 2nd Day Air orders is Monday, December 22 at 3 PM EST.
